What’s included with every kitten

All Kittens are physically vet checked before going home. They receive a fecal test and their first FVRCP vaccine. They will all go home using pine pellets in the litter box and eating Royal Canine Mother & Babycat or Purina One Kitten dry food. Occasionally we will have a kitten eating RAW. Every baby is very well socialized after being played with and groomed daily. Each kitten has a contract with a health guarantee. To be considered for one of our babies the buyer will need to agree upon obligations and conditions so please reach out for a copy of the contract.

A $200 Nonrefundable & Nontransferable deposit for a pet home and a $500 Nonrefundable & Nontransferable deposit for a show/breeder home can hold your kitten until pick up at 12 weeks of age. Deposits will be applied to the price of the kitten. Reserving a kitten is a serious decision, not to be taken lightly. As a breeder who commits to be there for support and guidance through the lifetime of the kitten, we want to make sure each family is a right fit for our babies. We reserve the right to decide where our kittens are going and reserve the right to turn down potential homes we do not think will be a good fit. Adopting a Persian is a lifelong commitment so please make sure Persians, little kittens and our cattery are right for you. Failure to communicate final pick up/delivery arrangements by 10 weeks of age will constitute as a forfeiture of deposit paid and the kitten will become available to rehome once again. An added charge of $100 per week will be added for any reserved kitten not picked up by 12 weeks of age.
